Kitchener Christkindl Market is an annual event that celebrates the local German Christmas Heritage. Here you can come and experience the best of rich German Christmas heritage . Also, you can enjoy handmade art and crafts & ornaments of qualified artists , delectable food and traditional song, dance performances and many more.

Festival is meant for all ages, so your whole family can experience the sights, sounds and tastes of Christmas at Kitchener’s beloved holiday tradition , Children can enjoy and have fun at KID”S CORNER which offers various fascinating activities and shows for toddlers.

Opening & Closing Ceremonies

CANDLELIGHT PROCESSION–

WELCOME!!! Pick up your own candle and Join hundreds of visitors in the magic of this wonderful event departing towards City Hall , singing ong with the Grand Philharmonic Choir. Follow along with Official Opening Ceremony….

OFFICIAL CLOSING CEREMONY-

 Official closing ceremony includes thank you messages from Mayor Berry Vrbanovic and other dignitaries.
